Angry Slobodan Kovac

Controversy in Częstochowa: Iran coach Slobodan Kovac is furious with the referee's decision to overturn an Iran point which hands Poland the second set. The match proved a lot harder than Friday's 3:1 victory, but MVP Michał Kubiak managed to lead Poland to a 3:2 (22:25, 25:22, 25:16, 22:25, 15:6) win over Iran on Saturday.

Its simple, Polish officials just didn't want Poland to lose. And what should they do? They invented new rule!! If a player's beard touches bottom of the net it is a fault even if the ball is out of play!!!!!

If the hair touch the net, it also points to another team because hair is part of the body , as well with Murilo . It is more common than it seems. To me it makes sense !

@K-MED: First of all Kovac had no right to go up to the Challenge table. Should have got a card for his outrageous behaviour. Secondly, same rules apply to everyone, so even if a player's shirt touches the net it's a fault.

@Tutu: Well, if it makes sense, then new tactic for elite coaches would be that they ask their players to play shaved and as bald as newborn baby. ?
it may decide the game winner.
Oh! I remember Kovach took Marouf out for next set, it's happening bro!! ? ?

@K-MED: bla bla bla, touch net in this action was evident. Kovac and Iranian players were really annoying. They questioned practically every issue situation. report claims to the whole wold- the same fans- incessantly wronged by evil polish players and audience. On youtube iranian fans write such nonsense like: Poland won WCH only thanks audience, referee or challange system . What about the fact that our team was at least tree time wronged by referee in 3rd set match with Iran in WCH2014- thanks to the referee you won this set and got back into the game. Iran is good team with some interesting players but the same time Iran was probably the most overrated team in world now. Two good tournaments and i read many commnets that Marouf are the best setter in the world (he isn't because of lack of the block, weak serve and first of all lack of will to fight) and Iran NT is the same level what Brazil,USA,Russia, not to mention Poland. You have still a lot of work if you want to reach the world level. More lowliness, less arguing and crying.

@K-MED: K-MED it's not worth arguing. This whole website is Polish, so you are basically arguing against a lot of Polish people. of course you will lose when it is 3,000 vs. 1

It really is very difficult to discuss here. I try to be always impartial.

@K-MED: In the last world championship , Murilo cut off all your hair ... Maybe because of that same or even style . ?

@Wilfredo_is_Marshall: @K-MED: I believe that no matter how many poles on this page. It is important who is right . After all, everyone knows that it is wrong to touch the net by ANYTHING. That's right? Embarrassing is that Iran explains the failure of judges. K -Med, how do you explain a tie-break ? There's also the judges worked wrong? You do not have to be clean-shaven as a baby , just enough to keep a safe distance from the net . Challenge explained that the ball was still in play when Marouf touched the net. The entire Iranian team was embarrassing and annoying , and I'm glad that you lost . Honestly, I have no respect for clowns . You have still a lot to repair, if you want to be the best in the world. First, learn to win against teams that play in experimental squad < lol >

@Butcher25: If you don't butcher me for my comment?, I don't care how many Poles r here either. If you carefully review what happened you can see that the net shake was the bouce from ball defense and was no proof of touch. but it's not the point; the point is if Iranians were annoying the Polish challenge officials were more annoying as they have no right to talk, point, suggest and somehow brainwash the referee. You can see how much they suggest and insist like they are the judges! The scene you won't see from anyone else. Anyway that changed the game result and there wouldn't be a tie break if Iran won that set unless you don't consider 3-1 as a win!
Final word to you respected Poles and all; I know you love volleyball and hate to lose but, would you (especially your challange officialls) please let referees watch the video and decide themselves for God's sake?
P.S Here is a clip how Poles obviously hit (not touch) the net right in front of 1st referee and nothing happens. Fact is Poland is the only one I saw that hangs to these type of points. Not Iran nor USA. Stop it and Just admit how ridiculously you try to change results in the game. Let the game continue and don't fear from losing if you trust yourselves like Americans.
