Inaugural match of Plusliga 2015/16. AZS Częstochowa won the first set against Resovia (27:25). In another three sets, the team of Andrzej Kowal showed much better display than the rival and deserved victory. Bartosz Kurek and Aleksander Śliwka were the best players in Resovia with 14 points each. In AZS Częstochowa, Felipe Bandero scored 18 points.
