Probably because they don't have second class middle, there is no other reason. With other words - Sokolov is better as a blocker than the blockers Cuneo have at the moment.

@nightfox: yep, he's playing MB when he's in P2-4 and opposite in P5-6 AND in P1 he got some reception in a little are when is near Wijsmans to let him prepare the pipe

Cuneo is full with bright young people - Sokolov, Ngapeth, Azis, Antonov. They need better MB's to make the team complete.

I see in this movie, that Sokolov sometimes play as a middle and sometimes as an opp. Are they doing like the Musersky rotation in Belogorie before 2 seasons ?

oh ok thanks hanes :). I can usually tell a player by their serve/hit form from a mile away but for some reason I haven't watched a whole lot of Sokolov playing :). Also not familiar with Antonov. Yeah so much power in his technique though.

Lately Raphaels sets have not worked out so well for Kaziyski(atleast from back row), in Doha they had great teamwork and feeling from eachouther, but Im shure they will work it out, also I think Kaziyski gets almost all of the sets from bad reception.

lol 2:10 to 2:15 what a bombs by Kaziyski :O - Sokolov made the difference. Juantorena couldn't help much to his team and that's the result of it.

2:10 is literally a killer serve! I knocked Earvin to the ground!

Great highlights. And better feeling of the new rules. The touches that weren't so clear weren't called as double. In Plusliga referees are too restrictive- it kills spectacle.
