In general I can only say that this is a team, which destroys careers. I don't want to recommend it to anybody and I want to advice everybody to stay away from that place!

nice gym

coach is super racist to everybody who is not czech
boss doesn't speak english and can't communicate with anybody
ass licking is highly tolerated and such people excel
boss's son is dealing with all the contracts and money and he's 20 years old and it's not normal
if coach doesn't like you he'll make anything in the world to show you that you're not going to play
talking in czech language in front of you so you don't understand when they discuss you
laughing and fun in practice is forbidden
can't discuss anything else that the coach's old school type of thinking
very bad physical preparation
travelling in 2 small buses and coming back the same day, which results in 11-12 hours travelling
