How to jump higher?

Doing 15 + reps in alert 3 ll make your muscles more resistant, you ll be able to make more jumps and of course jump higher but not to high. 1 st step to jump higher is build muscle mass on your legs. 2nd you must regenerate your knee's its very important (i make some excersices without regenerating and my knee's were hurt me really bad DON'T FORGET ABOUT THAT YOUR HEALTH IS ON 1st PLACE!) . 3rd if you have muscle mass you have to make squats with a barbell (weight of barbell should be 60 % of your maximum) and make 4-8 reps in every series (fastest you can, it ll change yours muscles structure from resistant to more strenght and power) ,3+ min rest every series, number of series from 4 to 6 ,3 times a week. This ll make effects but you must be careful, if you fell some pain in your legs stop this and regenerate.

First of all you need supplements on the knee muscles and leg ligaments then you are able to use
Air alert programs and all kinds of squats.
why red alert? because it's used in increasing NBA and volleyball players vertical jump although it's well known for fitness coaches very well

what kind of knee muscle supplements? I f**ked up my knee and i want to do air alert for the break now

I'm not expert but i'll tell you from my tine knowledge.
1- Go to the gym and work on your leg muscles to make it stronger and bigger, it will reduce the pressure on the knees and provide you with power which can be converted to many forms.
2- http://www.amazon.com/Rockhard-Fitness-Bands-Exercise-Medium/dp/B008Y8O862/ref=pd_sim_sg_9 Use these Therebands in Static and Speed exercises for every muscle you have, Leg, shoulder, back muscle, abs,etc.
3- Protein food for better growth.

This is only what i have been told from the volleyball and fitness coaches.
