Italian volleyball clubs opposes limits on audience in arena.

An outburst of opposition to the limitation of arena capacity at 35% on social media pages by Italian clubs and players that are playing in the Italian league. 

The Clubs of the Serie A Volleyball League disagrees and opposed to the limit of 35% of total capacity of facilities for reopening. They stated that with vaccination programs and “the green pass” program, those two programs should allow for “normal” participation inside the arena. In additional to those programs, the clubs are always ready for more safe measures such as mask mandates inside the area.

In the article, they claim that the facilities capacity limitation could potentially have a devastating impact on clubs, with reduction in ticket incomes and merchandise incomes, it could potentially impact the future of the sport in Italy.
