For those who use basketball shoes, must be very careful with the tendon, and injuries that occur muhas by roze of the shoe in the tendon.

I recommend przyejmne are lightweight and very good hold on what is most important so they are not expensive .. I saw that several of volleyball played in those shoes in PlusLiga and the first league in Poland.

I play in senseis 3 2012, they're bit defensive, but i really like them ?

I have Asics Gel Beyond Mid for 2012 (blue) and they're perfect. Very comfortable, agile, stable. I can recommend them for everybody.
Sometimes I play in Mizuno Wave Tornado V and they're too "hard" too me ?

I prefer Mizuno that the others for playing as I played in Asics and Nike. I can't wait till this year's Wave Lightnings are out.

Leetal tak to są te, ale cena jest kosmiczna, dlatego wolę przeznaczyć tą kwote na Nike Domination. Buty Nike jednak są najbardziej odpowiednie jak dla mnie.
