Tunisia provided the heart and determination; Serbia and Montenegro, the quality. The scoreboard in the last match of the tournament did not give a true reflection of a hard-fought match. Apart from the first set (25-20), the Serbian team had to go to tie-breaks in the second and third sets against a battling Tunisian side (26-24, 29-27). In this way, the African team leave the games with no reward, apart from coming close to bronze, which went to the team from the Balkans.
