Finland won against their rivals with Portugal 3:0 (25:19, 25:23, 25:22) at the Vaasa Ice Hall. The Finns lost to Belgium in five sets twice in Week 2, before again losing away to the Belgians twice last week. Their first win in this year's competition comes against a Portuguese team which lost its first two Group E matches against the Netherlands.
