Is it possible to delete a tournament? If yes, how?

You can't. You can write it down here which tournament you wanna delete or you can DM moderators to do so.

These tournaments – Shakey's V-League 1st Conference U23 and SSL Collegiate Conference U23 – are almost the same. Also, the SSL Collegiate Conference has an existing tournament already.
