China successfully retained the Asian Games title in front of thousands of home fans packing Hangzhou Normal University Cangqian Gymnasium on Saturday night following their exceptional 3-0 (25-15, 25-21, 25-21) win against Japan in the final showdown of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 Women’s Volleyball Competition in Hangzhou. The remarkable success was China’s two in succession and nine in total in the quadrennial sports extravaganza.
