Tours VB - Paris Volley (PRO A 2005/06, part 2)

After three years Paris Volley is again French champion! In the final matches Paris won against the team of Tours 3:1 (1st match) and 3:0 (2nd match). Paris Volley had tough game against Tours VB. For the second consecutive year, Tours did not win the champion of France after having clearly dominated the regular season. After Cannes, it is Paris Volley which barred the road of Tours. The return match showed well that the fellow-members of Jiri Novak had a level higher than the champions of Europe 2005. Marcus Nilsson (see his nice hairstyle on 0:15 ;-P) together with Jiri Novak was the best players of the finals, while Vladimir Nikolov, the opposite of Tours, should performed better play in his last matches in Tours. The winner of French PRO A is automatically qualified for the next year of the Champions League.
