In general I can only say that this is a team, which destroys careers. I don't want to recommend it to anybody and I want to advice everybody to stay away from that place!
Pros
- salary on time
- nice gym
Cons
- coach is super racist to everybody who is not czech
- boss doesn't speak english and can't communicate with anybody
- ass licking is highly tolerated and such people excel
- boss's son is dealing with all the contracts and money and he's 20 years old and it's not normal
- if coach doesn't like you he'll make anything in the world to show you that you're not going to play
- talking in czech language in front of you so you don't understand when they discuss you
- laughing and fun in practice is forbidden
- can't discuss anything else that the coach's old school type of thinking
- very bad physical preparation
- travelling in 2 small buses and coming back the same day, which results in 11-12 hours travelling

- Money always on time

- overbearing coach
- old-fashioned approach to physical preparation
- Everybody have the same gym/workout plan
- Fun, and laugh is forbidden in practice
- Traveling up to 6-7 hours in uncomfortable small bus (not suitable for tall people)
- no exchange of views with the trainer, only the trainer is always right
- due to the low skills of the coach, poor opportunities for personal volleyball development
