Seria A Power Ranking.

I was figuring out SeriaA's TOP10 teams' rosters and I focused on (potential) starting line-ups.

Here's my power ranking (taking into account also teams' bench).

  1. Lube - De Cecco, Zaytsev, Juantorena, Lucarelli, Simon, Anzani, Balaso.
  2. Modena - Rezende, Nimir, Ngapeth, Leal, Stankovic, Mazzone, Rossini.
  3. Perugia - Giannelli, Rychlicki, Leon, Anderson, Sole, Russo, Colaci.
  4. Piacenza - Brizard, Lagumdzija, Russell, Rossard, Holt, Cester, Scanferla.
  5. Trentino - Sbertoli, Pinali, Michieletto, Lavia, Lisinac, Podrascanin, Zenger.
  6. Milano - Porro, Patry, Ishikawa, Jaeschke, Chinenyeze, Piano, Pesaresi.
  7. Valentia - Partenio, Nishida, Mauricio, Douglas, Flavio, Candellaro, Rizzo.
  8. Monza - Orduna, Grozer, Dzavoronok, Karyagin, Grozdanov, Galassi, Federici.
  9. Latina - Baranowicz, Szwarc (opposite), Maar, Rinaldi, Krick, Bossi, Cavaccini.
  10. Verona - Spirito, Kyed Jensen, Mozic, Asparuhov, Aguenier, Cortesia, Donati.

What are your thoughts, guys? Do you see those rosters differently? Would you line up any team differently? What are your favourites to win the league this year?

Any news/rumors who's going to pair up with Egor Kliuka in Zenit St. Petersburg? Camejo left the club. Pasini mentioned Lucarelli a long time ago. They've got Grebennikov as 1 foreign player and there's one more spot. I don't believe with their budget they'll play in Champions Leauge with Kiril Ursov, however, it seems to be very few TOP wide-receivers left without contract on the market. Anyone, anything?

Even though players like Leon, Leal, Juantorena or Oreol Camejo (who received Russian nationality in June 2018) will be not allowed to play for Cuba once again, it's still worth it. Players who remained Cuban (I'm quite sure there a few that aren't that obvious to ourselves, especially in Asia's leagues) will make this team TOP5 immediately. More important is, if a new, brilliant talent shows up - he will be able to get transfered to European clubs, develope, but still play for Cuba. In Europe, they will quickly develope in the field of technique, tactics and mentality - field they are short in.
Could any of our Russian friends tell me what's happening with Fakel Novy Urengoy? I mean, they got rid of almost all their starters. Only Kliuka and Volkov remained. Even tough Shoji is going to play there, it still looks like an average team. They're going to play in Club World's Championship in Poland this year. Are Kliuka and Volkov going to leave Fakel for some bigger Russian clubs that play in CEV CL (like Dinamo, a club with really average outside hitters offensively)? Basically, both Kliuka and Volkov are the reason Russian NT is playing that good (imagine Rodichev, Berezkho and Savin instead). Why would they spend another season not playing for anything valuable in their club? I'm pretty sure clubs like Zenit St. or Dinamo could afford those players.
@IWTBAS: Thank you for information! On one hand, that's good volleyball clubs can handle financial issues but on the other hand, Kliuka & Volkov deserve playing in Champions League, since 2017 Men's European Volleyball Championship they've been dominant force on national level (they proved it during VNL 2018 finals).
Could anyone tell me anything about Fakel Novy Urengoy's financial status? We've received some rumours about the club's financial problems. They got rid of Ilya Vlasov (Dinamo Moscow) and Vadym Likhosherstov (Zenit Kazan) already. Are there any informations about Kliuka & Volkov leaving or staying in the club?
Well, that's a hell of a news, if it's true.
Bruno, Sokolov, Juantorena, Leal, Stankovic, Simon, Balaso.
Game might be over for other teams.
https://twitter.com/volleylube?lang=pl Joandry Leal officially in Cucine Lube Civitanova!
The quartet of Bruno, Sokolov, Leal and Juantorena looks impressive, no doubt.
