[Open] PWA. UI. The menu isn’t scrollable horizontally

Tested on iPhone. 

1. Open any forum topic

2. Check the top menu (Volleybox > Forum > Volleybox.net > …)

Actual: The menu is cropped and cannot be scrolled horizontally
