hahaha, that doesn't surprise me :D True, digging gets better, youre getting much faster and ofcourse i you play 3 years only Beach Volleyball and than you start to play Indoor Volleyball again. Surely you will jump much higher than before, in the sand you have to push much more, so you train your legs with every jump :p

I tried to watch women's beach volleyball, but got distracted :D P.S. I am not playing volleyball but strongly recommend for the inside-players to play also beach volleyball. Digging gets better, if we judge by USA and Brazilian players

raylight in our polish commentator opinion Wijsmans is Dutch and play for their NT [he said that during match Cuneo - Dynamo last week], so you have already movie about Dutch :P

BTW there is no video of dutch players. What about movie of Kooistra and Bontje, as comparison, when you have enough time, no hurry? :))
