FIVB, are you out of your mind?!

Just like in other international sports federations - things in FIVB are very rarely transparent. This is totally valid in terms of tournament rules. Volleyball Nations League rules are not the exception.

I think this is because of the fact that there is always video challenge system.

My question is what was with the decision to make two line judges and stand behind the court? To me, it doesn't make sense!

@Philip Freere For all the close to line balls, there is a video challenge. You think the ball was in/out, use the VC. Those two line judges are there only to help to see if the ball has touched the floor or not. There is no challenge for this call.

@TidO @rkk lets take the most recent game of Poland and Iran. Many minutes were wasted in that game by Vital having to challenge some "in/out" calls that could have been (potentially) avoided by keeping the line judges on the line. From where they are standing now, really the only thing they have a clear view on is block touches.

@TidO Actually you can already challenge ball touching the floor.
