Matey - The Emperor (2nd movie)

Matey's mother and father were both Bulgarian national volleyball players. Still young he trained different sports like football, basketball and even bow shooting and horse riding. His volleyball career started in the junior team of Slavia Sofia as a setter. Subsequently he played in all positions until he finally became a wing-spiker. In April 2009, Kaziyski won the Men's CEV Champions League 2008/09 with Trentino Volley. He was awarded the Final Four's MVP award. In 2010 Trentino Volley defended their CEV Champions League title with a 3:1 win against Zenit Kazan. In 2012 Kaziyski left the Bulgarian National Volleyball Team, together with coach Radostin Stoytchev, due to a scandal with Bulgarian Volleyball Federation (BFV). The player said he would not get back, until the BFV was changed.

Kaziyski is this spetial, becouse, he shows the real power of him in the most important matches like the Champions League finals, the Serie A1 finals, tho he is already amazing in the usual matches like play offs, he does the hardest and most important points, so the team relies on him alot, the opponents focus on blocking him with a reason, if they would not he would have unseen numbers in attack % ;)

spiridoncheto, looking that way, you're totally right. Matey is a AMAZING player indeed But I think that NONE volleyball player can be called Emperor, as he/she will always depend on the rest of the team.

He conquered the world on club level 3 times(with his teammates) and you say that he don't have an Empire?Yes maybe on national level he don't conquered the world yet,but we are proud of him and our team,because we know what is the situation with our sport here.For our little country to be in the top 10 in the world is amazing!

For me the best are Kaziyski, Juantorena, Savani, Murilo, Dante, Priddy, Wijsmans and maybe some others. Winiarski was good, when he was playing in Serie A, but now he is practically useless. I've never seen Kurek playing good in an important match...

Kaziyski, Juantorena and Winiarski, Kurek are two strongest pairs of receivers in the world:). Eventually Murilo and Dante or Giba

The best for me in the moment are: KAZISYKI,Juantorena,Savani,Priddy and Kurek :) .. By the way great movie :) 5

I don't know if Savani is one of the best receivers in the world. he's pretty good at receiving but his strenghts are serve and attack for sure.
