Well Joel2718 , as Metodi Ananiev has the height 203 cm and spike over 3.60 m. he could play more clear , for example do not throw off or attak to one block in spite of good set , or next time the block will play better ))) but notice that i didn't say that Metodi played not good - he is professional but not outstanding.

I have a proposal - why not invite Bratoev to Olzstyn too and Yudin as opposite. Bratoev is similar to Ananiev - high jump (gained a lot in Trento), strong and reliable serve, clever attack, good feeling on block, good reception (definitely better than Aleksiev in that), Ananiev is better in defense, but in all other areas Bratoev is equal. He is solid bench player in Vibo like Ananiev year ago

Nagor, I followed the stats, first two sets Ananiev had over 66% in attack, then dropped in third set, in fourth he got more reception work to do and he was very efficient in the tiebreak again. This guy just needs a chance to play, that's what he is missing thanks to stupid Federation politics
