Nikolay Penchev in season 2014/15

Polish club Resovia Rzeszów with the star of Bulgarian volleyball: Nikolay Penchev. He was born in Plovdiv. His father is a former volleyball player. He has three brothers - older Chavdar (born 1987) and younger twin brothers, Chono and Rozalin (born December 11, 1994), who are also volleyball players. In 2013 moved to club of Polish Champion 2012/13 - Resovia Rzeszów and signed two-year contract. In his first season won Polish SuperCup2013 and silver medal of Polish Championship after losing matches with Skra Bełchatów. In April 2015 he achieved with Resovia Rzeszów title of Polish Champion 2015. In April 2015 signed new one-year contract with Polish club.
