Poland in European Championship 2009

26 years after their silver medal in East Berlin, Poland clinched gold at the European Championships in Izmir. They won a battle with France 3:1. MVP of tournament was Piotr Gruszka, who finished that final match. Bulgaria took bronze, outclassing Russia in three sets.
