A monster...The man who invented the libero position, never thought that Sergio could play.

What can I say about him ? he´s such an example to all of us, he never gives up, he has the heart of a lion... In the court , he plays an extremely important role giving the quality and the speed necessaries to our game sistem.

siempre viniendo desde abajo es mas dificil todo en la vida, pero asi tambien se valora.

Y como libero es inigualable, puede haber liberos que reciban y defiendan como el, pero armar y hasta BLOQUEAR jaja, eso no se ve todos los dias.

patyk1987 - jeśli chodzi o bardziej stabilne i precyzyjne przyjęcie to Verbov ma je słabsze od Sergio...:). Patrzeć na jego odbiór (zwłaszcza na żywo) to wielka przyjemność. Nie ujmując nic Rosjaninowi (zdecydowanie najlepszy libero w Europie) to właśnie Brazylijczyk jest światowym królem tej pozycji. The best libero ever - I agree with RenanZ - no doubts about it.

No doubt, he's the best libero in the world. For example you can argue about diagonals or receivers but in this case you would have to deny the truth :)

He is the good spirit of the team along with Giba. He lives this game and motivates others to leave their hearts on the court. I love his game and I'm pretty sure he loves volleyball above all else.

Oh man, thanks for the video, I love this guy. Sorry for those who dont agree with me, but, when we talk about liberos, he is THE BEST, no doubts about it. But what impress me more about him is his sucess history. Facing an poor and hard childhood, he played for Guarulhos City as a wing-spiker before enter in the Banespa club, but would not get too far. When FIVB created the libero position, he got the chance to become an professional player, at the time, he was working as a door-to-door salesman. Was refused twice before been accepted for the team. And, as they say, the rest is History............

@Patyk w reprezenatcji Rosji tylko Wierbow tam żyje :P

Werbow moim zdaniem ma lepsze i stabilniejsze, bardziej precyzyjne przyjęcie, ale Sergio też świetnie się spisuje w tym elemencie. Ale jeśli chodzi o żywiołowość, grę w polu, obrony i życie grą to zdecydowanie Sergio przeważa!;] Ale fakt - Werbow i Sergio nie mają sobie równych;]

Nie można powiedzieć, że Sergio jest najlepszy. Werbov gra na takim samym poziomie, ale na pewno mniej rzuca się w oczy w ciągu meczu, więc wiele osób uważa za lepszego Brazylijczyka. Filmik jest bardzo dobry.

Myślę, że Wierbow jest tak samo dobry jak Segio ;)
