Probably, he has a good workshop but as I said some terrible decisions led to this bad season for Skra. Of course we learn from mistakes but as of now he should be fired from Skra.
I don't want to write an essay here so I will just say that he made some terrible choices about transfers and tactics, and he is bad at leading the team. As for those successes, he inherited the team made by Castellani which was, I don't know exact word in english, a self playing team (?) as it was very well composed and with big players. And when he was supposed to make a team of his own, when three pillars left, he couldn't create a team, his personal decisions were to say the least odd.
Nice one, very intuitive.
Giani worked as a second coach or some other help (?) with Berutto, so he might have improved his workshop. But then again I hope he is not like Bernardi who in my opinion doesn't fit to be the coach.
Every coach is better than Nawrocki.
Some great treat for us luck191. Will watch it in some free time ;)

Papke, Zagumny, Świderski, Murek, Gruszka and others. Great team and players ;)
Funny how I've seen Grbic and Zagumny playing today against each other 13 years later, Cuneo against Zaksa :) Is Andrija Geric still playing somewhere?
I'm really disappointed with Zaksa, reception was bad, there was actually no play in defense and Pawel Zagumny was setting bad aswell. As we say in Poland: "Setter is like wine, the older the better" but somehow Pawel is recently losing his quality ;/
Unbelievable form in those finals, he almost alone destroyed Skra. @hanes in the first year in Resvoia George had weak moments aswell, he had to adapt, in second season he won the Championship. I don't follow Russian League that much, so I can't judge his game but his team won Russian Cup.
I love this oldschool ;) Perhaps you could post the whole match?
He should work harder on his serve, but other aspects are on very good level. Hopefully he will get a chance in NT.
I agree that Stoytchev is a very good coach and deserves recognition but Alekno won in 2012 Champions League and Gold Medal on Olympic Games, so he should have won the award.
I would choose Wladimir Alekno as the best coach of 2012.

Very good intuition ?
Mariusz Wlazły high-reach spike 11 évvel ezelőtt 0
RenanZ I don't think that he can hit higher anymore, age and injuries does it's thing. But anyway it's some accomplishment to spike over Agamez as he is 207 cm tall and I found somewhere that he's maximum block reach is 357 cm, of course Agamez probably wasn't that high in this block.
Awesome, more like 2nd meter but awesome ?

Always wanted to do that but somehow it never turned out like on the video ;)
After watching him in this season I wonder why he wasn't playing on the last Olympic games? :) A player on par with Dante and Giba (age does it's thing) but definitly an awesome player.
Unfortunately Kurek was half of season out because of injuries, that's the case for some players after Olympic season. Some of them just crumble: Kurek, Savani, Volkov, Nowakowski etc
