It's the second edition of Superliga B and the champion is classified to participate on the next Superliga (2013/2014). Canoas, 2012 champion, had a great performance this year participating on the main Superliga. Alfa/Monte Cristo won the competition losing just one match. The team was indeed brillant in a very disputed match. In the coach's opinion, the best players were the opposite Vivalde and setter Renato but the spiker Danilo was the best scorer (13 points).

Second league is transmitted by main SporTV? Something unbelievable! Brazilian people love volleyball ;)

To me Superliga B was a good initiative of Brazilian Federation, so now we have more teams in different (and distant) places of Brazil. It may give a chance for new players and coaches. The junior national team of Brazil also participated, as an opportunity for the guys to get some experience
