AZS Olsztyn - Resovia Rzeszów (Highlights)

One of the biggest surprises of this season in Plusliga was in Saturday's match between AZS Olsztyn (12th place) and Resovia Rzeszów (leader of Plusliga). The hosts were surrounded by over 1700 fans in "Urania" hall. Most of balls in attack were addressed to Grzegorz Szymański (20 points) and Frantisek Ogurcak (16 points). In Rzeszów the best scorer was Nikolay Penchev with 15 points. There was real battle between between two Polish liberos: Michał Potera and Krzysztof Ignaczak. New coach of AZS Olsztyn: Andrea Gardini praised his team's performance after the match: "My team showed that they have strength and character". In next rounds AZS Olsztyn will face Jastrzębski Węgiel and Kędzierzyn-Koźle and they hope for the victory.
