Kędzierzyn-Koźle - Trentino Volley (Highlights)
After more than two hours of world-class volleyball and a dramatic fight, Italy’s Trentino Volley won with Kędzierzyn-Koźle in the first match of the CEV Cup semi-final. It was a tie-break thriller with many turnarounds. Trentino was on the edge of victory with two points more in the very finish of the fifth set - 13:11. However, Zaksa managed to tie the game at 13:13, and then to save three match points - 14:13, 15:14, 16:15. Home side then went in front at 17:16 and had a chance to finish the match, However, Italians scored next three points and seized a very important win. Matey Kaziyski was the one who performed the final spike. "Kędzierzyn played with a lot of determination and glowing hearts tonight", commented Trentino’s coach Radostin Stoytchev. The rematch is scheduled for March 28. Recall that in the other semi-final, Dynamo Moscow defeated Asse Lennik.
