USA - Serbia (SET2)

In the second match between USA and Serbia in Group B of the World League 2014, the host have won two new points while Serbia took one point. USA has opened tie-break with 2:0 and 5:2 when Igor Kolaković took time out. The result was tied till the end but USA has reached the match point (14:12). Holt took the second chance for 15:13 and 3:2 in win. On the press conference captain of Serbia National Team, Dragan Stanković said: “It was a much better game for us than yesterday. We started pretty much the same way as yesterday and went 2:0 down. It was a difficult situation but we stayed focused and played point by point. We took our chances at the end of the third set and came back in the fourth. The point we took tonight will help us a lot in the future and I hope we can still go to the Final Six.”
