Probably the best spiker among Bulgarian middle-blockers together with Nikolay Nikolov. See just best spikes, blocks and serves by Hristo Tsvetanov, who is a member of the Bulgarian team since 2006. Highlights from World League 2011, EuroVolley 2009 and World Championships 2010. Tsvetanov started his career in Lokomotiv Sofia. He have won 5 titles of Bulgarian Champion in a row since 1999 with Levski Sofia. In Japan (World Championships 2006) he was a member of the Bulgarian national team. His team took 3rd place in World Championships. His strengths are high intellect, good jump and strong block.

I don't think Bira is that much better. Epinephrine haven't seen Tsvetanov earlier matches 2004-2006, when he was blocking monster and still good spiker. Bira doesn't do much in Italy NT and if you play one way in the club and another in your national team, that means that you are co-dependant on other players or circumstances

He really reminds me of Birarelli, in my opinion they are very similar, both are over 30 years old, fast and experienced, great in blocking, with a great float(Bira has an amazing froat), who make errors very rarely, they both are the ones that you can rely on, but I have to admit that Bira is a little better in all aspects, tho they have similar tecnique.
