With so low net it could be possible to hit a pipe within the 3 meters! =) But playing with girls is too dangerous I think...You always have to be careful where you hit...boring!

Yeah I think that could be a plausible reason why "we" have knee and muscle problems, but you are considering the whole new generation including all the athletes, so we could say the same for the old generation because not everyone is an athlete. I think that our generation has a bunch of talented athletic people, but the whole new generation isn't.

I have noticed that the new genaration (now about 10-17 years old people, lucyly I dont have much only when training is very often) Have more knee pains and muscle that the older generation had(some eaven have when they dont move almost at all, mabie thats becouse newer genaration dont move that much as the bit older one did, or the newer generation goes from laying on bed or sitting near comuter to training). Does anyone agree?

I just turned 19 on April 1st. Yeah I know, I don't play that often as much as I did when I was younger. And they don't hurt all that much, just sometimes, only if I'm constantly playing and jumping.

What age are you? Your knees need to rest as much that is possible. If they hurt after a training or match, just go and lay don in your sofa and put some ice on it. If you have already pain now, you won't able to jump high with that knees on the age of 28 or something.. Let your knees rest! But nice vertical jump dude :)

Yeah I know of the possible injuries that can happen if you have a pretty high vertical. I can already feel my knees hurting more and more every time my vertical gets a little higher, so I am very cautious of the possible injuries I may get from playing. And shoes I play in Nike Zoom Kobes V and VI, they're really lightweight and provide really good ankle and foot lock down and also provide really good cushioning because they were made to be played basketball in .

Dude - with this jump, you should be very careful for injuries ! I'm waring you , but you probably know that already. And every landing is twices dangerous than the basic jumpers. And watch out with what shoes you play ... that's very important too.

I really don't know what my vertical is, roughly around 40 inches? which is about 101.6 cm? around that area.
