hey all, im an aspiring libero/middle blocker who is looking to take his game to the next level. I am 20 yrs old and started playing in highschool. I was wondering if anyone could give me some guidance on how i should train so that i will be eligible to play in pro leagues in Japan. I know its a difficult task but its my dream.
