Still only 20-years-old, Yuki Ishikawa won numerous titles at a high-school level. He has represented Japan at U18 and U20 competitions and played in the Italian professional league for a period in 2015. He made his senior national debut at the FIVB Volleyball Men's World Cup in 2015 and was an instant hit with fans.
