Funny situation from game between USA and Bulgaria. Bulgaria won it in tie-break. Teodor Salparov, Todor Skrimov and Camillo Placi in action ;-) Coach of Bulgaria NT said: "I am happy with this first victory because we were coming from seven consecutive defeats and it was important for the morale of our team". Yesterday, Camillo Placi, the Italian head coach of the Bulgarian men’s national team, has resigned, citing “personal reasons” for his decision. Assistant coach Nayden Naydenov will replace Placi for the rest of Bulgaria's 2014 FIVB Volleyball World League campaign. Camillo Placi coached Bulgaria to the fourth places in the 2013 World League and the 2013 European Championship, as well as to qualification for the 2014 World Championship.
