How the hell do you do that? The leg press that we have has only 100kg :D

Rado Sroychev is definitely giving a hard time to his players, no? But also they are trying too ease the tension with some laughing and joking which is great!

I push 400 kg leg pres - one time - but real leg press, not a half leg press

Hmm last time i pushed around 100 kilos on the press for 10 reps(not bragging or anything)

Sorry guys, I cant speak Bulgarian;) I did not notice all the weights, I have also tried a mashine simlar to that and 420kg is Montser!

Yeah I know that, what I mean was they weren't studying italys's play but the serbian.. But they show folders with matches of all the teams which will be in euro 2011. So, we'll study Italy as preparation for the championship.. ^^

SkyloIoannes, right, now I saw this part again and I heard "Ivan Miljkovic" before the beginning of the meeting! But in the video there IS actually Italy... vs Serbia! (WCH) :)

420 kg leg press at half motion means 240-270 kg leg press at full motion, impressive results! It equals 190 kg of squat for 45 deg leg press and e even more if the angle is higher

I hope that at the European Championships with a "group of death" just come out of Poland and Bulgaria :D

I liked the part when Rado said - "Come on Teodore, what are you looking around like penguin in hot water" :D . I can translate you some of the interesting moments just say what you need ;)

KK15, that wasn't Italy. It was Serbia.. they are studying how to play vs Ivan Miljković before the friendly match against them :)

Nice! It would have been even more interesting to me if I was able to understan Bulgarian... Expecially when they are studing Italy in the video :P

hanes233,it was 420kg-that's what Rado says afterwards in the video.There were probably a lot of weights under Stoytchev and Petrov :)

I've always liked the Bulgarian NT because they all are so nice to the fans and of course, they are an amazing and skilled team! I'm sure they'll do a great job at the EuroVolley :)
