[Open] PWA. App isn’t responsive after switching applications

On iPhone, iOS 13+

1. Open 2+ applications on your device (e.g. Facebook and Vollebox pwa)
2. Go to Volleybox pwa and hit the main menu
3. Switch to any app
4. Switch back to Volleybox pwa
5. Try hit the menu again

Actual result: The menu didn’t open
