@Overlook - I don't think he wants to end his career there.He was probably hoping that he'll get a contract after the last national season,but since he couldn't participate,he stayed in CSKA,because no other club would have waited for him to get better(and still not at a 100%)more than halfway through the season... Hopefully next year ?

For as long as I've been watching volleyball I thought that I'll never get to see the big guys on my territory in my lifetime and now look what happened - 2 tournaments in 2 months ? You've won the European league twice now,I really think Slovakia will get to host something during Max's career(he's relevantly young,so there's an even bigger chance for this to happen - I'll see Giba in his last year for Brazil's NT ? )

Every player on every team should be given a camera at the beginning of a tournament and asked to record such inside stuff - so funny :D First Zygadlo's film,not this - Polish players could easily become directors or camera guys when they retire :D

"why coaches fault?" They're just used as a scapegoat.Somehow,if we don't get a medal,we've failed.How,really,is beyond me,since we've never won a tournament(though,the media certainly helps with the over expectations).So to simulate any work the federation fires the coach.They should be happy that(without their help) we have a good enough team to qualify for different tournaments and because of those boys people all over the world get to hear our national anthem.But instead of letting the people in our NT work[like the Serbian federation did,leaving Kolakovic work with his players for 6 years without getting anything(and Serbia has been an Olympic champion!)],the federation constantly puts pressure on them( the coach in particular ) asking for unrealistic results,because(and look at the reason)they've invested a lot of money in them.What do they consider a lot?I think I've mentioned it here before,that our whole sports ministry budget equals what Italy has invested in basketball last year,so can you even imagine what kind of pathetic amount goes to volleyball?...Thank God football is flourishing.......................................
