One of the best performances in attack ever from Aleksiev vs one of the best teams in defense - Argentina, lead by the legend Julio Velasco. The only watchable set is the third, where the level of the game is equal on both sides. Bulgarian middle-blockers vs Germany and its spikers. Germany became the deserved champion - the first team with the best preparation for the tournament. Christian Fromm was the best player in the final with 21 points! This is a new record in vertical jump. Matey Kaziyski showed that he can jump really, really high (he reached 390cm in this video). He had 379cm but 10 years ago. When was young he trained different sports like football, basketball and even bow shooting and horse riding. In 2012 Kaziyski left the Bulgarian National Volleyball Team, together with coach Radostin Stoytchev, due to a scandal with Bulgarian Volleyball Federation (BFV). The game in the "PalaTrento" was surely dramatic, full of long actions and change of leadership, but also dominated by a lot of unforced errors and receptions problems.
