Fabricio Silva

Fabricio Silva was born in 1981, in Brazil, and naturalized Portuguese. He started to play in Portugal in 2003, for SC Espinho, where he remained for 7 seasons. After one season playing for Vitoria SC, he transferred to SL Benfica, where he currently plays, winning 3 Portuguese cups (10/11, 11/12, 14/15), 4 Super Cups (10/11 - 13/14) and two national championships (12/13, 13/14). This year the club is also in the final of the CEV Challenge Cup and in the fight for the national championship title. The 196-cm middle blocker is a very good player with much experience.
