Who is the best players spike in the 3rd meter

3rd meter spike doesn't mean great spiker, all players and do a 3rd or 1 mt spike during trainers, but not all of them are champions, and i never saw a 3rd mt from Miljcovic

my teammates try to spike every ball into 3rd meter line during warm up or during match. I think this is not neccessary like Kjeld says ? During match its very high chance,that you get a huge block.
