The national team of Poland has won the World Championship U19, after beating Argentina in the final 3:2 (22:25, 25:23, 28:30, 25:18, 15:7). After winning the World Senior's Championship gold medal last year at home court, the boys from Poland managed to beat Argentina in a stunning game. Despite the lead of the host after playing three sets (2-1), Poland showed amazing team spirit and in the last two sets they simply smashed the rival and grabbed first ever gold at the WCH U19. The top scorer of the match was Tomasz Fornal with 24 points, while Franchi and Benavidez had 16 each in Argentina.
