Great spikes by Robertlandy Simon during World Club Championships 2014. Simon Aties scored 82 points and was chosen the best middle-blocker in that tournament. Qatar club Al-Rayyan bought especially for the Club World Championships 2014 stars like: Matey Kaziyski, Raphael de Oliveira, Michael Sánchez Bozhulev and Robertlandy Simon Aties. All of them will back for their clubs after this competition. Simon after game against Belgorod said: "We made good use of our individual attributes. The Russian team blocked us very well and they also served and defended. They overcame us in an overall level; we tried to win today, but we failed. Nevertheless, this silver medal is a remarkable result for Qatar’s volleyball".
