As a Canadian i'm hoping for Brazil, Cuba, and USA for top 3 at the World Cup. I know, not likely. But it makes it possible (well technically, should be very easy) for Canada to qualify for the Olympics.. although we could still screw it up. But probably won't happen anyways.

cuba will win a medal this year in the world league , our time is very strong . its a shame that leal and Michal "the russian" sanchez are out for the moment , but anyway is a good team and this year the boys want the ticket to the olympic games , in my opinion guys will be Brasil Russia and Cuba or Brasil Russia and Serbia in the World Cup 2011 . its very dificult win this tournament because the winner team have win almost all the matches so this is my opinion , i think Bulgaria win the european qualification or will be poland .

leal haved a discussion with orlando and he was exclude for the principal team for 3 months , i dont know whats happens there , but today some friends talk me about the posibility of leal Get back in the begining of the world league he are now in peru and in april they will play some matches against bulgaria NT.

Revan this is great info.. but any ideas why Leal left? I'm excited to see this new middle blocker. And I always like Bell because he's a short guy who jumps super high, but I wonder who will take the starting position instead of Leal.

cuba already have the team for the competions this year the nominated are: Middle Blockers: Simon(C) ,Osmany Camejo,Isbel Mesa and the young player Daniel Albo ( this guy is very young i think he will be important in the future). Wing Spiker:Wilfredo Leon, Henry Bell, Rolando Cepeda and the young boy Lazaro Fundora he have 17 years old XD. Opossite:Fernando Hernandez and Livan Osoria this last is new in the NT . Setters: No changes. Hierrezuelo and Yoandri Diaz . Liberos:Keibel Gutierrez and Yosniel Guillen . this team is only for training in Peru the cubans all years go to peru for training in this part of the year. but here are the man who will be represent cuba in the WL 2011 of course whit some changes in the end. Leal and Michael Sanchez are down for this team , there ara rumors they will back in the fall of 2011 for the Wordl Cup 2011 but its only that rumors.

Zwatpilam na chwile przez ciebie, bo wiadomo nikt nie jest nieomylny ? Posprawdzalam w paru miejscach i raczej 4. Na stowe Osmany ma paszport dopiero teraz, wiec nie mogl grac jako Wloch w poprzednim sezonie.

W Serie A jest limit 4 obcokrajowcow na boisku. Mi by sie to zgadzalo patrzac chociazby po poprzednim sezonie - Kazimierz, Lukasz/Raphael, Osmany, Leo. W kwestii obywatelstwa Osmaniego - otrzymal je kilka tygodnii temu, przed MS, mozna to sprawdzic na oficjalnej stronie klubu, gdzie taka informacje podano. Dlatego miejsce dla Riada sie zrobi.

Szkoda mi ich...byli tłem w finale i pod presją nie zagrali nic...dokładnie jak Polacy 4 lata temu...zespół bez sukcesów, młody - te dwie cechy dały się zauważyć w tym finale... BTW Simonowi chyba ten temblak założyli z bandaża za 10gr z apteki...

Riad nie jest słaby, na pewno nie znalazłoby sie kilkunastu lepszych. W ataku jest nie do zatrzymania, no w bloku może trochę odstaje od Simona, ale i zagrywkę ma mocną. David Lee też super zawodnik, który z kolei ma słabszą zagrywkę. Tak samo uważm że to najlepsi zawodnicy, może włącznie z Rodrigao.:)

ale każdy lubi innego tego ten a tego ja akurat uwielbiam oglądać Riada kiedyś byłem na meczu Resovii z Trentino i jego ataki na rozgrzewce były niesamowite prawie sufit

Jians, yeah I actually saw all three games. Canada didn't play as well in Quebec but I really enjoyed it because even though it was a tiny venue, it was totally packed, and the crowd really into it. Did you see Simon in the warmup? Lol, funny guy, he really likes to put on a show, and I like that. Yeah the Cubans were a little cocky, Leal did that in all 3 matches, just about every point he scored he gave really dirty looks across the net, for literally 5 or more seconds. But hey I really respect the Cubans, it doesn't bother me when they do that, I think part of its just the fun of the game.

Haha Joel, it's sure you have seen him play in Canada. He did exactly the same thing in the match in Quebec city. He aced twice with his short spin and he probably scored close to 95% of his spikes, he was dominating. And there was also some tension on both side of the net. Cuba has some very cocky players, Leal was very annoying he stared for at least ten seconds on the other side after each point he scored.

eehehe Joel, you're totally right, specially the part of "He is Stronger than you" No doubts about that, for sure !!!

Btw, Simon is awesome :). Here are some rules when playing against him: 1) He will ace your team at least once a match with his short spin serve. 2) He is stronger than you. 3) Don't make him angry at the net, or he will get the next set out of the middle and then go on to score several more points.
