- Salary always on time
- Fans always support
- Team try to provide things for players
- Good restaurants and food

- Playing home games in different court all the time (8-9 different gym with travelling around 2 h )
- Bad coach , to less practice and low quality of practice
- coaches and players didnt care for the quality of the practice
- Bad organization with apartaments
- For some players they provide everything for some others they didnt care
