What eRKa said + "no pain - no gain". In other words - you either go outside and practice as much as you can with someone who can tell what you're doing good and what you're doing wrong or you'll never improve your game. Reading some tips is nothing compared to practice.

if you're giving advice here maybe you can help me also ?

how can i improve my game in defence and reception? i know it's all about how fast you move on court so what type of exercise i can do to be faster on my feet? it's not working on gym with muscles...

@bitka dang I'm EXTREMELY late to this but for anyone who sees this now I would suggest using a ladder (such as is used in football training) to improve horizontal movement speed and fast twitch reaction time
