Well, I dont know if you're aware of the fact that the dream team does not get chosen from the whole tournament but only from the finals. Therefore Nimir and Volvich are ruled out.

@gryfny_bergmann Its not really a problem for me if the transfer would happens after one season, but buying out someone in the same transfer window as he signed the contract is not enjoyable in my opinion.
