'Generation of phenomena' (Italian Volley Moments) part 1

As "Generation of phenomena" in Italy is called Italian team from years 1989-2000. Their biggest rivals were the Netherlands and the USA team. They have won most of the titles possible to win in the 90s, but they haven't won the most important one: Olympic Champion title. They were so close in Atlanta 1996 where they lost with Dutch team in the final in tie-break. They were also on the third place in Sydney 2000. So now it's time to mention their successes: they have won World Championships three times in a row! In 1990, 1994 and 1998. They was also European Champion in years: 1989, 1993, 1995, 1999, 2003, 2005. They was Champions of World League in years: 1990, 1991, 1992, 1994, 1995, 1997, 1999, 2000 (World League is played since 1990). They won also World Cup in 1995 and Grand Champions Cup in 1993. Thanks to their great play in Italy was founded the strongest league in the World: Serie A.
