Doing 15 + reps in alert 3 ll make your muscles more resistant, you ll be able to make more jumps and of course jump higher but not to high. 1 st step to jump higher is build muscle mass on your legs. 2nd you must regenerate your knee's its very important (i make some excersices without regenerating and my knee's were hurt me really bad DON'T FORGET ABOUT THAT YOUR HEALTH IS ON 1st PLACE!) . 3rd if you have muscle mass you have to make squats with a barbell (weight of barbell should be 60 % of your maximum) and make 4-8 reps in every series (fastest you can, it ll change yours muscles structure from resistant to more strenght and power) ,3+ min rest every series, number of series from 4 to 6 ,3 times a week. This ll make effects but you must be careful, if you fell some pain in your legs stop this and regenerate.
