Netherlands - Brazil (The Olympics 2004, full game)

In the third match during The Olympics 2004 Brazil won in Group B with The Netherlands 3:1 (25:22, 24:26, 25:21, 25:19). Richard Schuil was incredible on attack in that game! He scored 30 points, including 28 spikes, 1 block and 1 ace. Brazilian team controlled the game in the third set. Andre Ascimento (20 points) had a significant contribution to the outcome of the game. Brazil dominated in attack (63% - 54%), but we all know that general statistics don’t count, but results in sets. "We played good enough to win, but we have to correct some technical mistakes and improve our game in order not to have problems in the next matches", said Andre Heller (middle-blocker of Brazil NT). Brazil took 1st place in that group (they scored 9 points, they lost game against Italy). The Netherlands took only 5th place. They didn't qualify to the quarter-final but they played amazing match against Russia in the first match of group B (surprising victory 3:2).
