After a season coaching the Netherlands Women's National, 45-year-old Italian took charge of Turkey to allow him to spend more time with his wife - Turkish international Bahar Toksoy - and baby daughter. Guidetti began his coaching career in 1994, leading several Italian clubs. He has also coached the Bulgarian and German Women's National Teams.
