TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Raul Lozano has arrived in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Monday to take charge of the country’s volleyball team.
He will prepare the team for the World Olympic Qualification Tournament in Japan.
“I promise we will do our best to advance to the Olympics. I am optimistic that we can obtain a quota in Rio,” the Argentinean coach added.
Iran will take part in the World qualification tournament which will be held in Japan from May 28 to June 5.
The Iranian team has a chance to advance to the Olympics as the best Asian team.
