Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance, life, and personal strengths, focusing on the ‘here and now' rather than on a distant past or putting a problem at the center of the process.

Coaching is not therapy, it is not counseling, consulting, or a process based on advice.

On the market are many types of Coaches; some are Family Coaches, Mental Coaches, Business Coaches, Mindset Coaches. All with the same idea, to aim people to improve their strengths.
